Spiritual Leadership retreats are a pathway for developing leaders to engage deeply in personal discovery, growth and transformation. The program consists of 2 weekend residentials, personal one-on-one coaching throughout the year, and significant structured time alone with God. In these times, people are taken on a journey of life changing self-awareness. This awareness, along with biblical teaching, prophetic encouragement and listening to God, shapes and develops leaders to be effective in all facets of life, ministry and relationships.
